Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic Card Authorisation & Digital Wallet Terms Agreement By signing this agreement, you authorise Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic (“the Clinic”) to deduct the nominated amount from your nominated card on a weekly basis. Please read the following terms carefully before providing consent. 1. Authorisation of Payments You authorise Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic to process weekly deductions of your nominated amount via the chosen payment gateway (Subscription Flow / Stripe). Payments will continue until you notify the Clinic in writing that you wish to cancel, or until the Clinic cancels the arrangement. 2. Digital Wallet Credit All deducted amounts will accrue as a credit in your Digital Wallet. Credit can be used towards any treatment or product offered at Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic. Credit cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person. 3. Outstanding Charges & Debt Collection Any outstanding charges, unpaid balances, or overdue invoices owing to the Clinic may be deducted from the authorised card provided by the client at any time. Where invoices remain unpaid and are not retrievable, the Clinic reserves the right to employ a debt collection agency. All costs, fees, and expenses associated with debt recovery will be borne by the client. 4. Cancellations & Clinic Rights You may cancel your weekly deductions at any time by providing written notice to the Clinic (please allow up to 7 business days for processing). Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to suspend or cancel your Digital Wallet at any time, including where payments fail, fraudulent activity is suspected, or for any reason at the Clinic’s sole discretion. If your Digital Wallet is cancelled by the Clinic, any unused credits may be forfeited at the discretion of the Clinic. 5. Fees & Charges Additional fees or charges may be applied by the payment gateway provider (e.g., Stripe, Subscription Flow). These charges are outside the control of Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account each week. 6. Non-Refundable Nature of Credits All payments made are non-refundable. Failure to use accrued credit will not entitle you to a refund. 7. Changes to Agreement Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to update, amend, or vary these terms at any time. Continued use of the Digital Wallet after changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. 8. Limitation of Liability Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from failed payments, payment gateway errors, or cancellation of your Digital Wallet. The Clinic makes no guarantee regarding the availability of specific treatments or products at any given time. 9. Privacy & Data Security Your personal and payment information will be handled securely and in compliance with Australian Privacy Laws. Sunshine Coast Cosmetic Clinic does not store full card details; payment processing is handled through the secure third-party gateway. 10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
